Tally Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Tally. By using the application, you agree to them. Last updated: 7 October 2026.
1. Service
Tally lets you record and review expenses, analyse receipts with AI and keep online backups linked to an account. Some features require an internet connection or PRO subscription.
2. Account
Access uses Google OAuth. You are responsible for protecting your Google account, keeping information accurate and reporting unauthorised use.
3. Financial information
Tally is a personal organisation tool and does not provide financial, tax, accounting or investment advice. You must verify records and retain any original evidence you need.
4. Artificial intelligence
Receipt analysis creates automated drafts that may contain errors in amounts, taxes, dates, merchants or categories. You must review and correct the proposal before saving. Do not scan documents whose confidentiality you are not authorised to disclose.
5. Online backups
Online backups reduce the risk of loss but do not replace any personal or professional document-retention obligation. We do not guarantee that incorrectly deleted or overwritten data can be recovered.
6. PRO and purchases
Subscriptions are purchased and managed through the store where the purchase was made. Price, period, renewal, taxes and refunds are shown before purchase and also governed by the store's terms. Cancelling renewal prevents future charges, but uninstalling the application does not cancel a subscription.
7. Acceptable use
You must not bypass limits, interfere with security, automate abusive use, submit unlawful content, analyse documents without permission or attempt to access another account.
8. Your content
You retain any rights you hold in your data. You permit us to process it only as required to authenticate, store, sync, analyse receipts, maintain backups and provide the service.
9. Availability and liability
We work to keep Tally available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free AI output. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for financial decisions made solely from the application. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Termination and contact
You may stop using Tally and delete your account from Settings. We may limit access in cases of fraud, abuse or security risk. These terms are interpreted under Spanish law without prejudice to mandatory rules where you live. Contact: kelilen@hotmail.com.
