Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Batchly mobile application. By using it, you agree to these terms. Last updated: 7 October 2026.
1. The service
Batchly helps organise recipes, meal plans, shopping lists and batch-cooking sessions, individually or with other household members. Some features require an internet connection, a valid Google account or a PRO subscription.
2. Account and access
Access is provided exclusively through Google OAuth. You are responsible for protecting your Google account and activity performed through it. You must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.
3. Shared households
By sharing or using a household code, you authorise members to access and edit shared content. Share it only with people you trust. An owner may need to transfer ownership before leaving or deleting an account linked to a shared household.
4. Recipes and artificial intelligence
Recipes generated from photos are automated drafts. You must review ingredients, quantities, steps, times and any relevant details before saving, cooking or sharing them. Batchly does not provide medical, nutritional or professional advice and does not guarantee detection of allergens, food-safety risks or dietary requirements.
5. PRO subscriptions
Subscriptions are purchased and managed through the relevant store. Price, period, renewal, taxes, trials and refunds are shown before purchase and are also governed by the store's terms. You can cancel renewal through your store account and retain access for the paid period where applicable. Restoration requires the store account associated with the purchase.
6. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to access other households' data without permission, bypass limits or security controls, interfere with the service, automate abusive use, submit unlawful content or infringe third-party rights.
7. Your content
You retain any rights you hold in content you submit. You permit us to process it only as needed to provide, sync, secure and technically improve the service. You are responsible for having permission to upload or share that content.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Batchly available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be corrected, updated, limited or withdrawn for technical, legal, economic or security reasons. Material changes will be communicated reasonably.
9. Liability
Batchly is an organisational tool. You must use your own judgement when preparing and storing food. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for culinary, dietary or safety decisions made solely from app content. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
10. Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access in cases of fraud, abuse, security risk or serious breach. You may stop using Batchly and delete your account through the app, subject to measures required to protect active subscriptions and shared-household data.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are interpreted under Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory rules in your country of residence. Contact kelilen@hotmail.com with questions.
