Delete your Batchly account

Steps in the app

1. Open Batchly and sign in with the Google account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings.
3. Scroll to Household and account.
4. Tap Delete my account.
5. Read the warning, type DELETE and confirm.

Before deletion

• If you own a shared household, first transfer ownership to another member.
• If a PRO subscription you purchased remains active, cancel renewal in Google Play and wait until the paid period ends. Uninstalling Batchly or clearing its local data does not cancel the subscription.
• If you only want to leave a household, use Leave household instead of deleting your full account.

What is deleted

Your access, personal data, household memberships and information attributable to your account are deleted. Households where you are the only member and their content are also deleted.

Content shared with other household members may remain without identifying you so that their data is not removed. Stores and payment providers may retain transaction records for legally required periods. Isolated backups are deleted through their normal rotation and are not returned to active service.

Cannot access the app?

Email kelilen@hotmail.com from the address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my Batchly account”. We will request only the information needed to verify ownership before processing it.
